Foster Construction is led by John Foster, who has spent more than 25 years in commercial construction, development, project management and operations. He has seen projects from the field, from the owner's side of the table and from the executive office, and that range shapes how every Foster project is planned and built.
That experience covers complex hospital and medical work, mechanical and infrastructure upgrades, tenant improvements, ground-up development and renovations for healthcare, education, commercial and non-profit clients throughout California.
The approach is simple: be experienced but approachable, professional without being corporate, and keep communication at the center of every project, from the first budget conversation through closeout.
